The purpose of the website is to provide a substitute for telephone calls and our catalogue. As we all know, producing catalogues is not only very costly financially, but it also has a great impact on the environment. This website can help us to reduce the environmental and financial impact, therefore bringing you the lowest prices possible.

Webstore

The Webstore will allow you to look up product information according to the catalogue number/description. You can also add the products to your cart and request a quotation for the products in your cart. If you are an existing customer, please contact us to have you account activated with custom pricing. If you feel you qualify for further discount on the prices quoted on the website, please create and order and select the quotation option at checkout and we will respond within 2 business hours to your request. Live support

Customer service is paramount within our organisation; as a result of this dedication we have incorporated a “live support” facility into our website. This allows you to talk in real time with our customer service representatives. On the left hand side there is a “Live Support” button, when this shows “online” someone will be delighted to deal with your enquiry, otherwise leave a message and someone will respond the next working day.

E-mail Support

Our new support centre is a portal for our customers to communicate with us. You can login with your username and password and view previous emails you have sent us, you can also chat with us live. If you prefer not to use this, you can also continue emailing us as usual.
